Delivery Information
WE DO STILL SHIP TO THE EU....
The following countries can now use courier services and order above the 2kg limit; Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Slovenia and Slovakia.
Due to EU customs restrictions that have now been put into place for exports from the UK we are currently unable to offer a courier service for the EU, only Airmail. European (inc EU) and rest of world parcels up to 2kg can still be sent by Airmail as usual. We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause but it is beyond our control.
We have unfortunately had to suspend shipping to Sweden and Germany, due to customs regulations in that country.

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN HAVE NO CONTROL OVER OVERSEAS PARCELS BEING DELAYED BY CUSTOMS AND POSTAL REGULATIONS WHEN RECEIVED BY CUSTOMS IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. (If a parcel is returned to Healing Naturally Ltd. by Customs in country, we will contact the customer to agree whether to refund the products or retry shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping and shipping will need to be paid for again, if the parcel is resent.
